Shipping your parcel

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via Colissimo followed ( given without signature ) , or TNT Transport Ducros ( or any operator equivalent in the case of force majeure ). For orders whose weight exceeds 30 kg, the parcel will be delivered by Ducros ( or an operator equivalent, in the case of force majeure ) on a pallet . Regardless of the mode of delivery chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday , but no carrier does not guarantee delivery on Saturday.

The shipping costs include the costs of preparing and packaging as well as postage costs. The preparation fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you consolidate all your items into one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is given to fragile objects.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your articles are properly protected.
